Can I place a bulk order for my medical college or institution?
Yes! We welcome bulk orders from medical colleges, hospitals, and training institutions. Please reach out to us at orders@medessens.in with your requirements and we'll provide a custom pricing.
Do you accept COD orders?
Yes, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders across India.
When will I get my order?
We typically deliver within 5–7 business days across India. Delivery to metro cities may be faster (3–5 days), while remote areas may take slightly longer.
The product arrived damaged — what should I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and your order number. We'll arrange a return & refund promptly.
What is your return policy?
We have a 3-day return policy. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, simply go to your order history in your account and select the item you'd like to return, or contact us at returns@medessens.in. Once accepted, we'll arrange a pickup from your delivery address. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of return approval.
